"Honour The Game" on May 7th

Recently there was an incident between a player and a referee that results in an injury to on-ice game official. Despite the circumstances involving both parties, any physical contacts or abuses are strictly prohibited during the course of hockey games under HKAHC’s management. Disciplinary Committee took appropriate disciplinary action following the hearing to the incident, in order to deter future abuses to referees and linesmen.

Apart from inviting the Disciplinary Committee to make their best possible decision to stop wrong doings in the future games, there are more HKAHC can do to improve the quality of games.

The HKAHC management believes every stakeholder in the hockey community plays an important role as a role model to show our young players the best practice of a hockey game.

Here, we would like to take this opportunity to draw the attention of the hockey community including players, team managers, officials, coaches and parents to take part in a friendly hockey match namely "Honour the Game" to be organized by the HKAHC.

This is part of the HKAHC’s continuous effort to promote a good hockey culture and the importance of respect the game across the board; we sincerely hope that you will join us to make the joint effort.
