Jockey Club Ice Hockey Generation Next - Update on August 19

Registration Form

Dear Players and Parents,

The Generation Next Program is approaching to its 3rd year of development (final year under HKJC’s sponsorship) and the HKAHC is trying its best in seeking new funding for the Programme sustainability.

With an aim of having sustainable development of the GN Programme in the years ahead,  a survey was launched by HKAHC towards players and parents, identifying expectations on the topic of increasing overall ice time in the Programme.  According to the survey results, a fee to be charged between HK$150-200 per on-ice session of training (dry land session is free) is acceptable.   In this connection, the additional ice time scheduled (around 30%) from July to October 2018 will be charged according to the above mentioned rate.

Meanwhile, with the co-operation between Swedish Ice Hockey Association (SIHA), HKAIH and HKAHC, coach Christian YNGVE will be stationed in Hong Kong and responsible for the development of a female hockey feeder programme within our organization.  Extra training sessions are scheduled for female GN players from July to October, please refer to the schedule for details.

More information will be released on or before end of October 2018 concerning the future development of the GN Programme.

Thank you for staunch support!

HKAHC

DRYLAND and FLOORBALL will be cancelled today, August 19!
